The “Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Vidyarthi Sahaaya Hastha Scheme” has been implemented with the objective of ensuring that talented students from rural areas, farming families, and middle-class backgrounds are not deprived of quality competitive examination coaching due to their financial circumstances or place of residence.

The primary objective of the scheme is to provide rural and middle-class students with an opportunity to prepare effectively for competitive examinations conducted for government employment.

Through a digital learning platform, students preparing for various government recruitment examinations, including KPSC and KEA, receive free online coaching, study materials, mock tests, and exam-oriented guidance, creating equal opportunities for all.

The core objective of the scheme is to ensure that learning opportunities reach every student, every talent receives the right guidance, and young people are empowered to pursue their goals with confidence.

Students are encouraged to make the best use of this opportunity and move confidently towards their goal of securing government service through proper guidance and consistent practice.

ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ, ರೈತ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ತರಬೇತಿಯಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ಆಶಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ “ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಸ್ತ ಯೋಜನೆ” ಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

KPSC, KEA ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಕಲಿಕಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಉಚಿತ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ, ಮಾದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ-ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಆಶಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ತಲುಪಬೇಕು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ದೊರಕಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವಜನರು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದೇ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸೂಕ್ತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರಂತರ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯ ಗುರಿಯತ್ತ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ, ಮಾದರಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು India4IAS ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
